HR Assistant

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment and assist on-boarding process, orientation and HR activities etc
  • Prepare HR related documents and involved in administrative support and reporting
  • Maintain and update compensation and benefits administration
  • To liaise with insurance agent for insurance claims
  • Assist in organizing training, registration, tracking and updating record and events
  • To maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Issuance of staff uniform, safety shoes, etc
  • Assist in administer foreign worker address records and submit foreign levy waiver claims
  • To handle cancellation and renewal of work permit.
  • Other other adhoc HR support function as assigned

Requirements:

  • Nitec in Busines, Diploma in Human Resources or any related business discipline
  • No experience are welcome to apply
  • 1 to 2 years related HR support experience a plus point
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Meticulous, detailed oriented, fast learner and has good learning attitude
  • Reliable and integrity in handling confidential information
