• Salary up to $4.2K

• Networking certification such as CCNA/ CCNP / CCIE / CompTIA,

Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Technical Support

• Windows server configuration and support
• Experience in configuring and troubleshoot Firewalls, Switches, network routing and WIFI Access Point to maximize network efficiency and security.
• Maintain and updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases.
• End-user, computer and software support
• Knowledge of SD-WAN technology
• Perform IT Help Desk and other IT support activities for the assigned region countries remotely.
• Good knowledge on Windows servers and routing protocol
• Good knowledge on Firewalls (Palo Alto)
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN and TCP/IP networks
• Good knowledge on Office365

Requirements

• Min ITE/Higher Nitec /Diploma in Computer Engineering/Science, Information Technology or related field or a combination of education and experience
• Min 2-5 years' experience in IT networking support experience.
• Strong IT Technical understanding and a hands-on person

Working Location: Tanjong Pagar 

Working Hour: Monday to Friday from 8:45am to 5:45pm.
