Job Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and smooth running of the clinic
• Accompany and assist Physician for out of clinic visits to patients
• Collate clinic patient and sales statistics (extract from software) and present in PowerPoint format
• Upload articles and clinic updates on social media platform
• Contact vendors with regards to ordering of medicine, needles, IT matters etc
• Other matters pertaining to operations of the clinic :
• Responsible for answering calls, scheduling appointments
• Registration of patients, dispensing herbs/medications and payment collection
• General administrative duties in clinic such as manage office supplies

Job Requirements

• Dip/Deg with min 3 years of relevant experience 
• Basic computer knowledge (Power Point, social media etc)
• Working hours: Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm), Wednesday half day (9am to 1pm), closed on Sunday and Public Holiday
  
• Working location: Novena
