Job Responsibilities

• Oversee & manage an experience team of technical staffs including Area manager ,Building Manager, Project Manager , QS , Executive etc.
• Responsible for account P & L & KPI
• Ensuring that operational issues are handled in a timely manners so that facilities are well maintained
• Lead, manage an be responsible for the maintain facilities under his/her account
• Ability to deliver sustained high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Work well under pressure with differing levels of management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management
• Minimum 15 years experience in managing critical facilities  and well versed M&E services and fault resolution
• Good communication & analytical skills
• Monday to Friday
• Location:East
