Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Partnerships Lead to develop partnership strategies, roadmap and KPIs
• Design and execute initiatives to identify and engage partners, developers and dev communities to achieve success for the client
• Develop, maintain and manage strategic partnerships with our network of developers
• Manager your database of partners in our CRM, and produce reports on partnership KPIs
• Work closely with the Product, Marketing and Content team to organise cross-partnership opportunities
• Stay current on new happenings in Web2 and Web3 space

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 2+ years in a marketing/partnerships-related role
• Proven experience in account management and relationship building with external parties
• Experience in the tech industry is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with the crypto/web3 space is preferred
• Quick to learn and adapt - including proactive self-research to plug gaps in knowledge.
• Comfortable with constantly exploring boundaries and the unknown - embracing uncertainty
• Willing to and excellent at understanding specific personas mindsets and translate understanding into excellent pitching to secure partnerships and collaborations.
• You have a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• You have a strong sense of empathy and can work effectively with team members.
• Comfortable, keen, and prepared to learn new skills and technologies as part of the role
• Able to work under time pressure to deliver high quality output
• Comfortable working in the open and cross-functionally
• Able to work independently and proactively in a lean team
• An outcome-driven individual who is able to focus on meeting the overall business needs
