The following represents the key activities that the Senior Compliance Analyst will be responsible for:

• Provide guidance and direction around the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), Cyber Security Law (CSL), Data Security Law (DSL) and Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL).
• Provide internal consultancy to business departments on data regulatory matters
• Conduct knowledge transfers internally/externally to drive adoption of GDPR, CSL, DSL, PIPL
• Liaise with the business to ensure that regulations within each of the jurisdictions are complied with.
• Ensure internal policies and procedures are adopted internally and meet regulatory requirements.
• Interface with regulatory bodies such as the ICO and Ministry of Public Security
• Identify appropriate regulatory training for employees and clients

Skills required

• Have expert level knowledge of data compliance laws
• Be process oriented.
• Good attention to detail.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 5+ years experience in a similar role. Previous client facing experience preferred.
• Data Privacy certifications
• Experience working within medium to large sized enterprise (essential).
