Salary Range: Up to $7,000.00

This is a Permanent role.


Basic Function

The HR Manager will plan, lead, direct, develop and coordinate the policies, activities and staff of the Human Resources & Admin department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR including talent acquisitions, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff welfare and training for the regional offices.
  • Involved work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.
  • Oversee payroll related matters.
  • Talent acquisitions include end to end recruitment and selection process for both local and remote teams, as well as freelancers; including arrange for interview and collaborate with department heads to understand the skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall department strategy.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS and other government-related claims as well as administering work pass application/ issuance/ renewal/ cancellation etc.
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives, including employees activities such as Annual staff events, etc.
  • Actively involved in HR process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform all other duties & projects as assigned

Education / Training

  • This position requires Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Solid understanding of HR business practices, processes, and data.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and HRIS.

Experience

  • >8 years of HR Generalist working experience 
  • At least 3 years of HR & Admin Manager experience
  • Proven working experience as regional HR Manager.
