Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Purchasing Manager guarantying the supply chain fulling the quality terms, costs and related opportunities through ethical means.

Purchasing Strategy

• Define together with the Manager strategy about NR assigned and implement them, cooperating with the functions involve it with the focus on suppliers long-term relationship and engagement.

Supplier Management

• Interaction with internal stakeholders such as R&D, Quality, Sustainability in order to effectively transfer to the supplier base.
• Monitor the service level of the assigned suppliers evaluating their performance
• Monitor and support the packaging flow

Purchasing Management

• Support the manager in troubleshooting problems in case of critical delivery situations.
• Commercial documentations and Purchase Order management.

Market Analysis

• Maintain daily market data

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Economic and Business Administration
• 1-2 years of working experience in Purchasing and Supply chain
• Commercial negotiations and communication skill
• Organization skill
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of SAP
• A team player and flexible
• Be able to work independently
