We are looking for an experienced Customer Engineer to join our team As a Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing technical advice and support to customers.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products or services.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide technical advice and support to customers.
Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
Maintain customer records and documentation.
Identify and implement solutions to improve customer experience.
Ensure customer service standards are met.
Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
Remain up-to-date on product and service offerings.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
No Prior working experience are welcome
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
