Sales Manager ( Motion Control/ Automation )
Job Description:

Location: Central, East
Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities:
- Achievement of sales & Orders, profit, and strategic objectives for the assigned regions
- Evaluates sales potential and develops sales program (strategy & action plans) to increase the loyalty and sales for assigned territory
- Accountable for sales quotas and performance objectives
- Conduct market studies & provide the latest update on market trends and conditions, competitor information gathering
- To proactively explore business opportunities and expand new customers for assigned territory
- Locates and develops specific sales opportunities as well as plans specific sales approaches.
- Organize seminar to promote our latest products and provide product training to all the partners
- Attends to sales enquiries and generation of quotations
- Works closely with customers & application team in the development of applications to meet customers needs
- Engage in active sales visit with customers/& distributors
- Organizes and conducts presentations to potential and existing customers
- To conduct monthly review with distributors for early project detection & opportunity for assigned territory
- Debt Monitoring & Collections with end customers /& distributors
- Prepare sales report
- Market studies &/ feedbacks (pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques) and takes necessary action
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering / Minimum Diploma with some working experience in servomotor, controller/PLC or automation products.
- At least 5 years in Sales and Marketing or Business Development
- Experience in product support for pre-sales and post-sales to distributors, new customer development, end users support
- Experience in motion control business and if possible, understand well about strength & weakness of the company products & its competitors
- Capable of capture customers in various market segment with revenue above 1M USD per annum
- Good understanding of automation industry and good connection with key OEM customer & system integrators in Singapore region and with Oceania countries market knowledge will be advantage.
- Highly motivated individual & possess creativity & problems solving skills
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales of industrial products
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be advantage
