Job Description:



• Demonstrate thought leadership across all levels
• To confidently lead a small team of researchers
• Develop junior members on critical thinking and computational thinking skills
• Able to solve problems creatively, and pivot responsively to operational changes
• Conducting presentations of research results and analyses
• Strong in articulating concepts and ideas in clear and precise manner
• Deployment of adjacent teams for operational work
• Scripting, processing and delivery of accurate survey datasets to clients
• Maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders

Job Requirement:



• Any Bachelors degree. (Majors in mathematics, engineering, business, science, computing, or any numerical fields preferred)
• At least 6 years of working experience, with leadership roles
• Excellent presentation, communication and public speaking skills
• Analytical with attention to details
• Team player
• Highly comfortable dealing with large datasets using software (eg. SPSS, R, Python, Power BI etc.)
• Competency with Microsoft Office, and intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• Familiarity with scripting and data collection platforms (e.g. WinCATI, Sensus, Forsta) an added advantage
• Work Hours/Arrangement: Mon Thurs 9-6.30pm, Fri 9-6pm / 2 days WFH, 3 days WFO
