Position: HR Manager

Industry: Commodity Trading

Location: Raffles Place

Salary Range: S$5,000 to S$6,500

Responsibilities:

• Providing daily generalist HR support to office

• Be responsible for full spectrum of HR activities (e.g Comp & Benefits, PayRoll, Recruitment, work passes etc)

• Preparation for IR8A, tax submission

• Be in charge of full recruitment cycle (from drawing up of JD, conducting interviews to onboarding and off boarding)

• Be in charge of Training & Development related activities

• Talent engagement related activities

• Preparation of HR budget

• Assisting in both Singapore and global offices for any admin and/or ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management

• Min 5 years of experience in similar capacity. Preferably within the commodity trading industry

• Proficient with recruitment, payroll, employee benefits and managing employee issues

• Good understanding of Singapore employment laws

• Good communication skills and the ability to multi task

• Proactive and be flexible when faced with different situations
