Job Description



• Perform data processing and transactions on WMS (warehouse management system or customers system.)
• Communicate with our customers via both email and phone calls.
• Verify the billing summaries to customers with operational documents.
• Keep any operational documents properly.
• Liaise with operation team members to arrange any inbound / outbound activities within a set timeline.
• Immediate reporting to direct superior upon any irregularities.

Job Requirement



• At least 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Customer Service Officer.
• Basic knowledge / experiences on warehouse management system and documentation.
• Experience with Documentation such as checklists, temperature / RH reports.
• Able to compile KPI reports periodically.
• Able to verify the billing reports to our customers as well as service agreements.
• Working hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM, Mon to Fri / 8:30AM to 12:30PM, Sat
