This is a 6 Months Contract role.

Salary Range: Up to $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 Per Month

Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute campaigns to drive higher customer engagement and retention.

• Source for new partners collaboration for Loyalty program.

• Liaise with solution provider on Rewards related technical matters.

• Perform day-to-day operations that include administration, Rewards purchasing, loyalty campaigns support, communication preparation, monthly bill message creation and solicit/liaise with merchants/partners on monthly promotions.

• Prepare reports for tracking the effectiveness of partners promotion.

• Provide analysis of all collaboration and propose improvement for take-ups

• Work with Data Analytic team on loyalty performance reports.

• Budget tracking and monitoring of Rewards performance to optimize loyalty performance outcome.

Requirements

• Diploma in E-commerce/Business/Marketing preferred with 1-2 years of experience in loyalty marketing or marketing.

• Articulated with strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across departments.

• Possesses self-driven individual with a can-do attitude.

• Able to work independently and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment and ensure timeline is met.

• Good IT skills with understanding of E-Commerce trends.
