Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the monthly submission of payroll file preparation to payroll vendor
• In charge the process of complete recruitment process, manpower development with budget control, payroll administration, employee benefits, labour relations and health/safety programs in the company
• In charge to process of expatriates (EP) / DP and HR administration
• Responsible for compensations and benefits, employees insurance policies renewal, learning and development plan for staffs development and career advancement
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned time to time

The Talent

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Admin or related field
• Min 5 years of managerial experience in HR
• Strong knowledge of HR Laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of SAP-HCM is required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels
• Ability to start work immediate or short notice preferred
