Responsibilities:

• Define, execute and monitor the installation, testing & commissioning of I&C systems for the Project.
• Responsible to manage all technical matters for Instrumentation & Control system.
• Responsible for instrumentation works for the building and process plant,
• Responsible for rack room panel installation
• Responsible for Interface new plant and existing plant fire alarm system, fire & gas detection, PA System, CCTV system.
• Responsible for Control room interface with Client.
• Responsible for project Instrumentation progress including reviews and checks
• Responsible for Furniture and accessories inside CCR are provided and installed.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in engineering related discipline with 10 + years of EPC experiences in Oil and gas industry projects with good knowledge of installation, testing and commissioning processes of instrumentation and control systems.
• Experiences with Siemens DCS/SCADA /LIMS /BMS /etc.
• Experience with handling of vendors and contractors
• Experienced and proficient with various phases of project works such as engineering, fabrication & construction, testing and commissioning.
• Good technical decision-making skills with respect to safety, operability, maintainability and economy of project construction and implementation.
• Good technical knowledge and understanding of engineering documents, interface connections , equipment, schedule and etc..
• Good Knowledge of Singapore Local regulations, local standards, and experience in best engineering practices.
• Ability to identify all applicable engineering standards to be followed for the project.
• Knowledge of change management systems.
