Location: Tuas ( Company Transport Provided at Tuas Crescent MRT ) 
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8am-6pm, Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of account
• To carry out analytical work on Financial Statements & Project P&L
• To assist Manager in audit and tax functions.
• P&L expenses analysis
• Individual Project P&L analysis
• Responsible for AP, AR / fixed assets and month end closing activities.
• Check and process payment and accrual entries, generate adjustment entries and assist to prepare profit and loss statements and balance sheets during month end or quarterly closing
• Prepare GST returns on quarterly basis and assist to prepare corporate income tax, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
• Control and maintain month end reconciliation to financial statements.
• Ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum ACCA or Diploma or Degree in Accountancy with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in handling full set of accounts including P&L, budgeting, costing, audit and analysis
• Proficient in MS Office especially Word and Excel
• Knowledge in ACCPAC Windows Accounting System/ SAP will be plus
