Permanent role (AWS Guaranteed + VB + Quarterly Bonus)

Location: Airline Road (Company transport available)

Responsibilities:

• Apply and renew application for Airport Pass, Term Pass, Hanger Pass and track and monitor their progress to ensure timely renewal of the passes
• Apply for security pass clearance to enter Airline House premise monthly
• Provide timely update on pass application to the operations
• Update and maintain accuracy of the tracking sheet
• File application documents and archive documents electronically
• Bring the documents for approval by appointed SIA staff
• Prepare monthly summary report for management review
• Review and streamline HR administrative work process to improve efficiency

Requirements:

• Positive attitude, keen interest towards learning and open to change
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Meticulous
• Basic Microsoft skills
• Able to work independently with various stakeholders
• Customer service oriented and enjoy interacting with people from all levels
