Job Description



  • Establish and foster strong relationships with customers, aiming to maintain and improve them.
  • Monitor and ensure 100% inventory accuracy through activities such as cycle counts and physical and system-based checks for inbound and outbound goods.
  • Proactively follow up with customers on a weekly basis to address and resolve any discrepancies related to incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Ensure accurate processing of order shipments based on customer instructions and management guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and precise inventory movements.
  • Capable of handling physical workloads within the warehouse environment.
  • Perform any additional warehouse duties as instructed by the warehouse manager.


Job Requirement



  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Possession of at least an O-Level qualification.
  • Ability to work well under stress with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude.
  • Capable of adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging environment.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, with alternate Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm.
