Responsibilities:

• Assists in human resource function to support the achievement of the overall business strategy.

• Supports day-to-day operations that deliver value-add and enhances operational effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function in the following areas:
  1) Recruitment (i.e. 20% campus recruitment and 20% experience hires) 2) Operations, employee engagement activities and HR projects

Requirements:

• Dip/Deg with 2-3 years of HR generalist experience in MNC environment
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills to work with all levels of employees
• Motivated with good initiative
• 5 days week near Suntec, MNC 
• 8 months contract with benefits
