Responsibilities:

• Analyse and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors.
• Prepare and review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control and ensure critical spare availability
• Optimise spare parts and manage stock effectively by using CMMS TMQ-W.
• Ensure no down time due to unavailability of spare parts.
• Service used equipments and components and ensure ready to use all time.
• Manage in-house contractors to execute maintenance timely and effectively.
• To develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedule for plant equipments and execute Preventive maintenance, Routine inspection and periodical inspection on Rotating and static equipments by co-ordinate with contractors at site.
• Manage annual shutdown maintenance related to facilities and management of actual site work, liaising with contractors and production group.
• Update long-term maintenance plan for facilities and utility equipments.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies.

Requirements:

• Degree, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Plant & facilities in chemical plant.
• Good hands on experience with pumps, compressors, blowers, boilers, chillers, conveyors
• Understanding of maintenance technology manufacturing process plant environment.
• Demonstrated ability to adjust contractors independently and effectively.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
