Location: Island wide ( depends on site being assigned )
Working Hours: Site-based: 830am to 530pm (Mon-Fri), 830am to 1230pm (alternate Saturdays)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical works with consultant and sub-contractors on-site
• Oversee all related M&E issues on site
• Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to M&E works, ensure progress according to schedule, ensure quality and safety standards, carry out site inspections and timely resolve technical issues.
• Assists Project Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities
• Ensures the timely preparation of method statements, project progress and other reports

Job Requirements:

• Minimum degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics Engineering or relevant qualification.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in M&E projects
• Dynamic and motivated personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think out-of-the-box
• Proficient in Auto Cad, MS Projects, Power Point, MS Office Software
