The Lead IT Coordinator is responsible for supervising the IT Audit engagements with the client's customers as assigned. As part of their role, they will need to assist and guide the Engineers responsible for conducting the onsite and remote IT Audits.

Upon successful completion, the Lead IT Coordinator will provide a final report, which includes:

• PC inventory and health Overview
• Physical or Virtual Server Inventory and health Overview
• Network Inventory and Health
• Physical security / Access Controls
• Cybersecurity Summary and recommendations

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of core networking topologies
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Azure.
• Ability to work well in a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good comprehension of English language
• Strong customer focus
• Ability to prioritize and escalate when needed
• Attention to detail
• Strong understanding of Change Management processes
• Desire to learn new technologies

This position will be working from home fully, can be from Singapore or Malaysia.
