 Job Description:

Permanent role

Location: Henderson


Responsibilities:

  • Draft and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's overall objectives
  • Sourcing and Shortlisting of candidates
  • On Boarding: Conduct orientation, employee handbook, company rules & culture and registration
  • HRIS system Administrator
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations, and ensure company compliance
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
  • Manage day-to-day office upkeep, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in an HR role
  • Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software applications
  • Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • Experienced with Info-Tech HRIS will be added bonus
