Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global paid media strategy that aligns with Company Innovations' business goals and brand values.
• Manage large-scale media budgets and ensure optimal allocation across various channels for maximum ROI.
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across all channels, including search, social, display, video, and programmatic advertising.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand management, creative, analytics, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in digital media, adopting new and innovative approaches to drive performance.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global paid media team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with media agencies, platforms, and other partners.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to advertising and media.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in paid media with a proven track record of successful
• full-funnel omni-channel campaigns.
• Strong expertise in both brand and performance marketing, with the ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term sales objectives.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in analytics tools and platforms.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading global or multi-regional teams.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and scalability.
