Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone calls/ emails
• Process customer orders & pricing management Data analysis
• Issuing of Invoices & Credit/Debit Notes
• Prepare shipping documents
• Demand planning and local warehouse stock monitoring
• Market research and Data analysis
• Work closely with cross functional team
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing with 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, regional markets and levels of business.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Highly structured in thinking, problem-solving and execution to meet with customers needs
• Ability to collaborate and work efficiently with internal functions
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage work tasks independently in a fast paced environment
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to self-motivate, set goals and meet deadlines
