Responsibilities:

• Work with respective Business Units, functional managers and their staffs to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
• Assist the HR team in on-going improvement, development and implementation of the HR strategy and processes in operation.
• Work with specialists in the Compensations & Benefits and Learning & Development teams on any on-going HR initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in HRM or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in HR generalist role, focusing in HR business partnering, people strategy and talent acquisition.
• Good communication and coordination skills
