Job roles & responsibilities:

• Liaise and work with vendors and other IT personnel for technical projects and problem resolution
• Identify and provide recommendations that can meet business requirements and objectives
• Managed daily operation End user/infra and Network
• Monitor availability of services meet agreed service levels, performance indicators and periodic maintenance on IT infrastructure
• Ongoing assessment of new threats and improve on computing security
• Analyze and review critical logs, investigate, and troubleshoot technical issues
• Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies
• Update technical documentation, covering infrastructure, inventory, service subscriptions and contracts
• Perform and participate in capacity and redundancy planning, and execution of disaster recovery plan and testing
• Evaluate, recommend new technologies and improve IT operations
• Attend to escalated service ticket
• Document application or system issues and resolutions for future reference

Requirement:

• Degree Information Technology/Computer Engineering
• 3 to 4 Years in IT Industry & Project Management (Infrastructure, End user automation)
• Experience in Project Management (Agile methodology/Scrum Methodologies), Vendor Management
• Knowledge of infrastructure services and functions (e.g. AD, GPO, IIS, DNS, DHCP, O365, File and Print, TCP/IP, LAN and VLAN)
• Experience in cloud computing platform such as AWS / Azure / GCP / AliCloud
• IT Savvy, Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Keen learner and self-motivated team player, ability to multi tasks/projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Willingness to travel, work long hours and some weekends for some IT Infrastructure upgrades
