Job Descriptions

• Managing and updating shipments in the warehouse management system
• Process inbound and outbound orders at the point of delivery/shipment, monitoring and expediting deliveries, coordinating, or resolving shipment issues.
• Working with sub-contractors/partners to meet Customers expectations and requirements, and regulatory reporting, where applicable.
• Documentation processing - preparation of CIPL, OS&D report, On Hand reports, picklist and warehouse transaction record
• Provides prompt, relevant, and accurate information to the customer within the agreed time frames
• Explores the expectations and offers solutions to the customer that meet their needs
• Takes concrete action to solve problems and complaints of customers
• Treats the customer in a professional and friendly manner
• Ensuring and responsible for proper and quality conformance of all the customers
• Liaise with transporters for local collection & deliveries
• Coordinate with internal and external customers - Inbound & outbound shipment / Warehouse Activity
• Assisting the Manager with any other duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis

Requirements

• NITEC / Diploma in any discipline
• Prior experience as an Operation / Order Fulfilment Executive in a warehouse environment
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel and Words
