Senior Manager, Human Capital

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a wide array of Human Capital programs and activities at the Singapore Office, encompassing employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee life cycle, learning and development, among others. You will serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances and will have the responsibility to review and update all Human Capital policies and procedures.
  • Partner with Business Units to ensure policies and initiatives are in compliance with regulations.
  • Take charge of Human Capital Transformation Projects, including streamlining processes, implementing a Training Roadmap, introducing a Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and establishing a Performance Management Framework to better align company objectives and reward systems. Additionally, you've successfully completed a salary range structure review for all positions, including a market adjustment analysis.
  • Act as a catalyst for cultural integration and team collaboration, promoting a collaborative leadership style that empowers others to take action and think creatively to find solutions.
  • Evaluate, mentor, and exert influence on business leaders as we grow and adapt, enabling these teams to generate outstanding results.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Prefer with MNCs exposure
