Job Description:



• Thoroughly understand the features and benefits of company products.
• Address customer inquiries about products, pricing, and promotions.
• Achieve or exceed set sales targets and quotas.
• Keep track of product inventory and report stock levels to management.
• Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized product display.
• Participate in and promote special events or promotions as directed.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve products and services.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Suggest complementary products to customers to increase sales.
• Assist in developing and executing sales promotions and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:



• Minimum N Level.
• An attentive listener who can discern client needs effectively.
• Capable of establishing and nurturing professional relationships.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and adeptness in multitasking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a valuable team member.
• Working hours: 5 working days (include weekends), 8 hours (Flexible)
• Rest Days: 2-week days
• Work timing will be discussed during interview.
