Job Role

• To manage Facilities Maintenance at Dialysis Centres to prolong their life span to maximum capability and potential.
• To provide the most cost-effective method of maintenance and operations.
• To manage a control system that allows analysis and audit of the maintenance and operation functions.
• To improve and maintain the aesthetic qualities of the properties.
• To minimize/ reduce operating interruptions an equipment failures.
• Responsible for Supervision & Execution of Building Management Services and Improvement Programmes at Dialysis Centres.
• Implement Maintenance Programme in Buildings, Mechanical & Electrical Systems
• Day to day preventive and breakdown maintenance check for 6 dialysis centres
• Lead and interact with in-house technicians for the routine operation maintenances.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and provide solution on the maintenance issue.
• Coordinate with term contractors (pets control, air-con, cleaning services, security) for daily/monthly maintenance and cleanings issue.
• Fully in-charge for the outsourcing project for major renovation works from prepare all the tender documents, specifications, conduct site briefing till project completion.
• Build up and maintain good relationship with other department to archive expectation with KPI and service level.
• Prepared annual capital & operational budget and ensure all maintenance works within budget.
• Identify area of opportunities to improve facilities in order to increases cost saving.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities like HDB, Town Council etc for all kind of maintenances issue.
