Reporting to the Logistics Manager & Product Manager.

• Responsibilities include handling bulk shipments of methanol, liaising and coordinating with suppliers, customers, shipping agents, and inspection companies.
• Processing and executing documents such as Letters of Credit, sales and purchase orders via the SAP system, vessel nominations, LOIs, calculating final sales prices, demurrage calculations, and other shipping and operational documents.
• Monitoring loading/discharge operations and updating shipment statuses to the relevant personnel in a timely manner.
• Updating sales orders, filing, and retrieving ICIS reports.
• Providing operational support to the firm, its HQ in Europe, and other affiliate companies worldwide.
• Assisting Regional Product Manager/Product Manager in commercial matters when needed.
• Completing month-end closing via the SAP system.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree holder
• At least 3 to 5 years of logistics and operational experience, with knowledge of Letters of Credit and/or shipping documents.
• Experience with one or more of the following: Letters of Credit, Incoterms, Bills of Lading, bulk tanker operations, and SAP knowledge.
• Logistics/operational experience gained with commodity firms or shipping companies is preferred.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, outgoing, customer-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Responsible with good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of SAP is an added plus.
