Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5.33pm
Basic + Allowances + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning rolling schedule with various stakeholders
• Performing troubleshooting and discussing about mill issues and brainstorming for solutions
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives for betterment of performance
• Performing month end closing activity to ensure production finished goods and input material, scrap and activity figures are accurate and true
• Computing, generating and commenting on departmental monthly performance and cost reports
• Performing monthly safety observation audits and closure of incident investigation cases (if any)

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment

• Good interpersonal skills, problem solving and project management skills
• Familiar with manufacturing quality assurance techniques
• No experience is welcome
