Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming and outgoing calls in a call centre setting
• Discuss with customers on repayment terms
• Settle customer issues and walk-in customers who wish to make payment over counter
• Ensure compliance with company's monthly cash-collection targets
• Ensure payments made are to the correct accounts, tally with the correct invoices

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Levels
• At least 2 years of experience in Telemarketing or customer service
• Good verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and also work with a team
