Responsibilities

• Supporting HR Manager in reviewing, designing & implementing of projects such as C&B, performance management and career development
• To be responsible for promotion, annual salary review, market adjustment & year end variable bonus
• Salary surveys & benchmarking activities
• In charge of employee welfare activities

Requirement

• Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction industry is a plus
