Permanent role (AWS Guaranteed + VB + Quarterly Incentive

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate, facilitate and manage Procurement processes - Sourcing, RFQ, Negotiation, Vendor Management etc
• Drive for cost reduction initiatives, promote sustainable sourcing and continuous business processes improvement
• Gather data, market analysis and information of commodities to support plans and decisions (Bench Marking Exercise)
• Engage with Operations teams to deliver added value products and services
• Attend to Operations feedback and assist in resolving problems with suppliers
• Support backend offices such as HR, IT, QHSE, Facility etc. in sourcing and negotiation activities
• Work closely with Legal in contract negotiation with suppliers
• Support Procurement team in day-to-day Procurement task and provide administrative support

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business or Supply Chain fields
• Ideally 5 years working experiences. Experienced in purchasing and logistics is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Smart time management of workload, resourceful and able to perform and accomplish the tasks assigned under tight schedule
• Innovative/creativity, high integrity, and takes initiative/challenge
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills and effective problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of purchasing workflow & process
