Regional Account Manager (Industrial Robotics/ MNC)

 Job Description:

Location: Alexandra
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9am-6pm

Job Responsibilities: 

Main Assignments:

  • Achieve sales targets set by expanding sales within the existing customer base in Singapore and the Philippines, and by supporting Oceanias key partners.
  • Grow accounts and partner networks in the Singapore and Philippines markets.

Secondary Assignments:

  • Support ESP in business development efforts within the electronics, pharmaceutical, F&B, and other manufacturing sectors.
  • Assist ESP and local teams in organizing sales and marketing activities, including exhibitions, seminars, and partner events.
  • Prepare quotations and accurate sales forecasts for the sales manager.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with partners, customers, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Update sales leads and progress in Salesforce.
  • Respond to customer and partner technical queries (basic level).

Requirements:

  • Dip/Deg with Min 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in industrial robotics brand/system integrating company in integrating industrial robots into a full turn-key solutions.
  • Salesforce & data analysis skills.
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to read mechanical drawings.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT).
  • Basic C++ knowledge is a plus.
