Responsibilities

• Analyse tender/project specifications and requirements for HVAC/ACMV Building Control Systems
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide precise costings and proposals.
• Prepare necessary documentation for tender submissions and clarifications.
• Source, liaise, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and requirements.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Conduct site measurements and attend tender clarifications/interviews as needed.
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Building.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in the HVAC/ACMV industry with essential knowledge in Building Control Systems and HVAC/ACMV.
• Proficient in understanding technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills.
