Customer Service Officer (Automotive)

 Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Greet all Guests and Welcome them into the showroom
  • Attending to customer needs and directing them to the channel
  • Ensuring guests have Safe Entry into premises
  • Collating customer information into SalesForce
  • Sending daily traffic report to managers
  • Daily Settlement for Finance (end of day summary)
  • Tracking of Demo Cars and Showroom Keys
  • Monitoring and tracking of sales petrol cards
  • Record of vehicle loan forms from SCs
  • Keep record of extended test drive keys (vehicle in/out of the cars)
  • Keep record of Walk-in, Demo car and ETD Lists.
  • Keep record of test drive and driving license and as well as sending report
  • Changing out and displaying the price specs for showroom vehicles
  • Waving customers vehicle number at Basement Car Park for parking
  • Coordinate and liaise with the technician for any showroom damages.
  • Any duties assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum O Level and above with at least 3 years of experience in customer service field
  • Proficient in Ms Office
  • Excellent in customer service skills
  • 5 days work week, Monday to Saturday (1 weekday off), Sunday closed, 9am to 6.30pm
  • Location: Alexandra Road (moving to Ubi)
