Job Description

  • Handle matters relating to office tenancy, renovation and relocation
  • Arrange office maintenance and other necessary services in the office
  • Liaise with a telecommunications company for the purchase, renewal, or termination of a company mobile phone.
  • Maintain office supplies stocks and prevent wastage
  • Attending to guests at the reception and incoming phone calls
  • Manage all travel-related matters, including hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, visa applications, and travel insurance for employee business trip
  • Liaise with vendors for corporate rate agreement renewal
  • Support company events such as meetings and annual workplan seminars
  • Document control includes company policies, contract documents, compliance-related documents, and documents obtained through an internal audit.
  • Support HR team to handle administrative or any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business management or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of office administrative experience
  • Work experience in the industrial, engineering, or manufacturing industries or work with Japanese companies will be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented and observant
