Responsibilities

• Assisting in the identification of clients needs.
• Preparing and analysing project costings to tenders.
• Preparing tender and contract documents with the client and/or architect, including bills for quantities.
• Perform quantity take-off for tender projects based on the set time line
• Negotiating contracts and work schedules.
• Assigning work to subcontractors.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in QS or Construction related
• At least 1 year of QS working experience
• QS graduate with no experience welcome to apply
• Meticulous attantion to details and can-do attitude
• Team player
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferable due to work purposes
