Responsibilities:

• Supervise the planning, organization, and coordination of scheduled, preventive, and spontaneous maintenance, operation, and repair activities that support various projects.
• Offer guidance and leadership to the project team.
• Monitor staff performance on an ongoing basis and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Oversee the planning and execution of security and safety measures at the project sites, as well as the operation and maintenance of assets throughout the project life cycles.
• Identify and address facility-related issues, ensuring effective solutions are put into action.
• Continuously assess O&M programs in accordance with regulations, standards, and obligations related to design, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Supervise the enhancement and revision of existing work processes and policies.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks associated with the projects.
• Ensure strict compliance with local authorities' guidelines regarding health and safety regulations.
• Handle ad-hoc tender submissions as required.
• Execute other tasks as delegated by your superior.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Degree
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with LTA projects preferred or related to government M&E projects
