Parts Admin & Inventory Assistant
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Parts Order and Receipt Processes.
- Responsible for backorders follows-up with suppliers on parts delivery date.
- Perform for Parts Claim Submission for Warehouse & Operation
- Perform parts ordering process deliberately based on time frame.
- Perform parts receipting process on time to ensure inventory holding updated at all time.
- Keep track of backorders ETA date and follow-up with supplier on delivery schedule.
- Prepare reports concerning on Parts Ordering & Receipting processes.
- Co-ordination with Parts Operation and Parts Sales Team for Promotion, Campaign and Projects
Requirements:
- Min O level and above with min 1 year of experience in handling logistics related documents
- Knowledge of Motor industry will be an added advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Meticulous and good follow through personality
- Location: Alexandra (Warehouse environment)
- Monday 8am to 6pm, Tuesday to Friday 8am to 5.45pm
