Parts Admin & Inventory Assistant

 Job Description:

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for Parts Order and Receipt Processes.
  • Responsible for backorders follows-up with suppliers on parts delivery date.
  • Perform for Parts Claim Submission for Warehouse & Operation
  • Perform parts ordering process deliberately based on time frame.
  • Perform parts receipting process on time to ensure inventory holding updated at all time.
  • Keep track of backorders ETA date and follow-up with supplier on delivery schedule.
  • Prepare reports concerning on Parts Ordering & Receipting processes.
  • Co-ordination with Parts Operation and Parts Sales Team for Promotion, Campaign and Projects

Requirements:

  • Min O level and above with min 1 year of experience in handling logistics related documents
  • Knowledge of Motor industry will be an added advantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft office
  • Meticulous and good follow through personality
  • Location: Alexandra (Warehouse environment)
  • Monday 8am to 6pm, Tuesday to Friday 8am to 5.45pm
