Responsibilities:

• Equipment faulty diagnosed accurately and expeditiously
• Efficient and timely repair of customers faulty equipment
• Efficient and motivated team of technician
• Lead, guide and train technicians
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faulty equipment reported by customers
• Checks parts needed and ascertain costs of parts
• Repair products assigned
• Update repair status in the system and follow up the case until job finish
• Answer customers queries about repair details and parts change
• Escalate case to principal if necessary
• Visit customers to repair equipment on-site (CE)
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• GCE N level , Nitec in Engineering or any related discipline
• 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in consumer electronics sector or telco servicing and repairing
• Must have class 3 driving license
• Applicant who is hands on, independent and responsible
