Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations team L2, SeviceDesk to ensure delivery of high-quality services to
• Users
• Drive IT Operational Excellence that the business is satisfied with SE Digital services
• and solutions.
• Ensuring IT performance metrics, KPIs/SLA in target and identify/drive areas for
• improvement
• Ensuring that the business objectives are supported and enabled by IT (projects and
• programs)
• Own and drive IT Projects with cross-functional teams both of global and local
• Drive IT Operation Innovation - new technologies, process enhancement, automation, Process simplification
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, IT Trend and make recommendations for new technology adoption as needed such as RPA, AI.
• Provide insights of new technology developments and advice on how this can
• impact/contribute towards the business strategy.
• Lead in troubleshooting, RCA Improvement activity across multiple technology
• domains, products and business areas
• Escalation issue to tier 3 as needed
• Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders; manage business
• requirements and capabilities
• Hardware, Software Asset management
• Coordination of DR plans and execution
• Audit and Security and company policy compliance management
• Assess the Information Security incident, handling User Query
• Mentor and develop team members
• Work & manage third party vendors suppliers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with at least+5 years related IT Support experience with experience leading a team of IT
• professionals
• Experience in IT Infrastructure operations Strong understanding of IT infrastructure
• (Server, Architecture, Network) Internal
• Knowledge of ITIL framework
• Project management skills and experience leading IT projects
• Deep understanding of End User Support
• Strong teamwork interpersonal and communication skills with regional and global
• team
• Good analytical skills, Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to adjust to unforeseen challenges and think independently to continue toward goal resolution
