 Job Description:

  • Effective delivery of Home and community care services and processes to better serve clients or reach new clients.
  • Efficient home care operations and manpower management
  • Digitization, innovation and integration of services to improve care delivery and client outcomes
  • Understand and evaluate client needs
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop new services
  • Implementation and enhancement of new services and programmes
  • Provide corporate secretariat, administrative, operational and project management, to support innovation, integration and development of THE COMPANY programmes and services. This includes:
  • Conceptualising and developing project scope
  • Engaging stakeholders for contribution
  • Working out appropriate outcome measures with process owners
  • Deliberating and drafting proposals
  • Project costing and return of investment (ROI)
  • Project implementation
  • Monitoring of outcome measures with process owners
  • Strategic planning for the organization involves:
  • Keeping abreast of latest trends and developments in national healthcare initiatives particularly those in the
  • Community Care sector
  • Aligning organizational strategic plans with national healthcare initiatives
  • Cultivating and maintaining a strong network with Public
  • Healthcare Institutes and key community healthcare partners
  • Data analysis and market research to aid in identifying, and developing strategic plans for the organisation
  • Management and coordination of the administrative aspects of programme implementation such as finance, workflow development, digital requirements, manpower, publicity, and regular update of projects.
  • HQ Office administration and facility management
  • Assist with a variety of activities to ensure that stakeholders and company meet their objectives. e.g. organize publicity events
  • Any other related duties as directed by the said reporting officer

Job Specifications

  • Degree with at least 5 years relevant experience in healthcare operations. Understanding of project management, business development, financials, budgeting, workflow design and digitization.
  • Exercises good judgement, open to learning, perceptive and analytical in problem solving, with a view to systems thinking and integration
  • Driven, organized, effective time management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Leadership skills; builds team and develops people
