Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Attend breakdowns, identify faults, and problem-solving, with minimal downtime to production.
• Carry out the diagnosis of faults, maintenance, and repairs to all types of home appliances and equipment in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
• Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults, and concerns to management.
• Ensure all work is undertaken to a high-quality standard and adheres to all quality standard regulations.
• Work mostly independently with minimal supervision and work is reviewed at project milestones and/or on completion by Senior Management.
• Support the training needs of the department and provide expertise to apprentices and trainees.
• Knowledge of safety standards for household appliances.
• Understand ISO and IEC standards.

The Talent

• Diploma holder
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in the Home Appliances Business
• Able to start work immediate or within short notice
