Corporate Sales Executive

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques, and customer base while selling to new and existing strategic corporate accounts.
  • Focus on companies that can benefit from company premium gifting products and unique bespoke/customization products for any industry.
  • Account servicing and account acquisition where you'll grow revenue with an emphasis on product sales to our customer base while offering suitable products and excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Following up on inbound leads, prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation, and closing.
  • To works closely with the Corporate Sales Manager.
  • Timely follow-up and qualification of new prospects from either inbound leads or outbound soliciting.
  • Develop prospecting plans for territory development to build rapport and create opportunities.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and obtain business requirements.
  • Maintain and provide accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and project pipelines.
  • Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is communicated effectively to customers.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure timely delivery and accounts receivable.
  • Obtain repeat business, referrals, and references by applying and understanding of the unique requirements of your customers.
  • Networking, relationship building, cold calling, lead follow-up through emails, product demonstrations, execution of sales quotation and agreements

Requirements:

  • Diploma, Degree in Marketing / Business / Management or any equivalent discipline
  • Min 2 to 3 years of demonstrated successful corporate sales, preferably B2B, and a minimum of 1 year working in the corporate space.
  • Achieving sales target assigned and desire to sell and acquire new business accounts.
  • Experience in the premium corporate gifting is highly desirable.
  • Existing network and contacts is highly preferred but not a must.
  • Experience using a consultative / value-add sales methodology.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers.
  • Capacity and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment and work well with others.
  • Proven ability to build and manage pipeline and forecasting.
