Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations
• Plan and achieve the annual budget, KPIs and project assignments
• Develop strategies to increase parts product range, new channels and markets for in-house distribution vehicle to increase parts sales revenue
• Develop competitive parts pricing strategies to improve parts sales revenue and align brand positioning for in-house vehicle products only
• Optimize parts inventory, minimizes obsolescence and maintaining high level of parts support to external and internal customers
• Ensure parts storage accuracy with minimum parts stock discrepancy at all time
• Develop effective procurement plan and purchasing terms and conditions to improve parts availability and to reduce parts cost
• Manage supply and contracting sources, monitor, evaluate and improve their performance
• Develop strategies to continually improve productivity and efficiency of parts departments operations
• Ensure compliance to company policies, financial, process and industrial standards
• Ensure compliance to product principals policy and requirements and achieve targets set
• Maintain strong rapport with the product principals, key customers and suppliers
• Develop strategies to maintain high competency of human resources to meet future business needs.
• Develop and maintain succession plan within the Parts department
• Take on any assignments that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Engineering, Business, or Logistics
• Minimum 5 years of direct working experience in Automotive Parts or 10 years in other related automotive or heavy equipment fields
• Ability to work independently and is highly committed
• Keen interest in the automotive industry
